  • Decision-making with incomplete information
  • Iterative problem-solving (test, fail, adapt, retry)
  • Comfort with complexity
  • Learning through rapid feedback loops
  • Buildcraft and tradeoff thinking

IT Support Specialist

Pros: Works inside operational systems where reliability, clarity, and response time matter more than theoretical optimization. This role suits individuals who enjoy diagnosing problems methodically, helping non-technical users, and restoring systems to a stable, repeatable state. Progress comes from resolving real issues, documenting solutions, and preventing the same problems from happening again — not from flashy technical breakthroughs or abstract design work.

Cons: Not ideal for those who dislike repetition, constant interruptions, or explaining the same solution multiple times to different people. This path favors reliability over novelty, process over experimentation, and service over autonomy. If you need uninterrupted deep work, rapid creative iteration, or prestige tied to cutting-edge technology, IT support can feel draining, procedural, or under-recognized.

Find and Unlock the Hidden Paths

If you're willing to grind intelligently — like you already do in games — we will show you where the grind actually matters. The most valuable human capital often develops outside traditional classrooms—inside complex, self-directed systems that reward long-term thinking, pressure tolerance, leadership, and delayed gratification.

Meta Scouting Tool

We aim to pull back the fog of war, reveal potential careers you did not know about, and show you a meaningful path to get there. If you’re a gamer and can grind for 1,000 hours for your meta build, you can do the same in the real world.

That being said, Radiance is a meta scouting and path-discovery tool, not a probability engine. We aim to pull back the fog of war and reveal hidden paths, allowing you to start progressing toward them while you game.

Before pursuing any path shown here, you are expected to research the role independently — just like you would before committing 1,000 hours to your game character's build. If you are unwilling to do that, this tool is not for you. Win in the game, win in real life, good luck and ggs.

Built for Esports Labs

Radiance is designed for use inside school-run esports labs. We help schools recognize, channel, and develop the real skills gamers already have — and connect them to meaningful career pathways.

Students access Radiance through their school. We do not offer individual or consumer subscriptions. However, if your school uses Radiance, students can use it at home as well.

If your school does not currently have Radiance, ask your esports admin, IT administrator, teacher, or school administrator about bringing it into your esports lab.
